Carleton University’s Merlyna Lim, Canada Research Chair in Digital Media and Global Network Society, will give a public talk entitled Roots, Routes, and Routers: Networks and Spaces of Activism on Nov. 6, 2014.

An assistant professor in the School of Journalism and Communication, Lim will discuss how social media has been used in revolutions in Indonesia, Egypt, Hong Kong, North America and other areas.
