Fraser Taylor, a Distinguished Research Professor at Carleton University and the Director of its Geomatics and Cartographic Research Centre has received recognition for his recent book titled “Developments in the Theory and Practice of Cybercartography: Applications and Indigenous Mapping”.

It has been recognized with an Honorable Mention from the American Association of Publishers for the prestigious PROSE Award 2015 in the category of Physical Sciences and Mathematics, Earth Science.
