Proposals exclusively for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sshrc-crsh.gc.ca\/funding-financement\/programs-programmes\/partnership_grants_stage1-subventions_partenariat_etape1-eng.aspx#a1\">partnered research training initiatives<\/a> are expected to respond, instead, to the objectives of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sshrc-crsh.gc.ca\/funding-financement\/umbrella_programs-programme_cadre\/talent-eng.aspx\">Research training and talent development<\/a> program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These grants provide support for new and existing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sshrc-crsh.gc.ca\/funding-financement\/programs-programmes\/definitions-eng.aspx#a10\">formal partnerships<\/a> over four to seven years to advance research, research training and\/or knowledge mobilization in the social sciences and humanities.
