The purpose of this grant is support initiatives that will help us meet or exceed 90-90-90 targets across the province. The project must seek to move the needle in one of the seven areas of rapid learning and lead to changes in practice and policy. The project should also aim to enhance a status neutral approach to HIV, with a focus on accessibility, acceptability, and culturally sensitive approaches.<\/p>\n<p>OHTN encourage applications that seek to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive down the rates of new infections in Ontario.<\/li>\n<li>Address the current gap in HIV diagnosis by targeting the 15% undiagnosed in Ontario.<\/li>\n<li>Improve linkage to care by decreasing the time between infection and diagnosis, and between diagnosis and treatment.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute towards equitable access to treatment and other services and reduce health<br>\ndisparities.<\/li>\n<li>Improve health outcomes and enhance quality of life for all Ontarians with or at risk of HIV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"eligibility\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The OHTN seeks proposals from individuals who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a documented history of working with people living with HIV, clinicians, community-based organizations, policy makers, and researchers in a collaborative and culturally respectful manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have developed a data and evidence-sharing plan that:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meaningfully engages affected communities throughout the project, including decision making, evidence sharing, and implementation of results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is solution-focused; seeks to develop, implement, and evaluate interventions, programs, services, treatments, or policies to address the issues that are relevant to the populations most affected by HIV in Ontario<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will support implementation of a new or improved intervention, program, service, treatment, or policy that will lead to change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will contribute to a rapid learning health and social system for HIV in Ontario<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a Nominated Principal Applicant who:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Holds a primary appointment at an appropriate host organization in Ontario.
