The Joint NSERC Alliance Advantage-Mitacs Accelerate grants program supports projects of varying scale and complexity, whose main thrust is the natural sciences and engineering. By furthering the partner contribution and project scope through additional Mitacs funding, this initiative supports researchers in developing meaningful R&D collaborations with tangible benefits to Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of this program is to enable researchers to go beyond what each standalone program offers by coupling NSERC\u2019s support with Mitacs work-integrated learning opportunities and providing a streamlined approach to cost-sharing and submission. While NSERC leads the assessment and review of the joint applications, both agencies collaborate on funding decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mitacs will offer a general information session to researchers at Carleton University on this joint funding opportunity at the following time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
