This form must also be submitted once the study is complete. (You do not need to wait until your ethics clearance expires.) Please see the&nbsp;Forms and Templates page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"what-is-an-annual-status-report-asr\" class=\"wp-block-heading trigger active\"><strong><span class=\"slide-cu_people_job_title\">What is an annual status report (ASR)?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"trigger active\">Every study that is approved by CUREB-A or CUREB-B receives an ethics clearance certificate that includes a set time period during which the study may be conducted. Before the expiry date, researchers must submit an Annual Status Report request to either renew their project or close it.
