Mitacs Program Update – Accelerate Internship Units 2025/26
Carleton is pleased to announce that Mitacs has lifted allocation caps on Mitacs Accelerate submissions from Carleton University for the remainder of the fiscal year.
According to Mitacs, previous allocations within Ontario helped ensure an equitable distribution of activity across Canadian proposal submissions. These allocation decisions were made using the best information available to Mitacs at the time. Due to recent increased funding and successful performance metrics, Mitacs is now pleased to support impactful research and innovation collaborations at Ontario institutions without allocation limits, including Carleton.
