Aysun Aslan Saruhan is a PhD student at Carleton University’s Department of Systems and Computer Engineering. Having received both her bachelor and master’s degrees from the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Hacettepe University in Turkey, Saruhan is now a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Carleton.
Her current research fields include 5G network systems, dynamic resource allocation, radio resource management, software-defined networks (SDN) and reinforcement learning. With Ericsson, Saruhan will be part of their 5G-DetNet/TSN for Industrial Automation project.
