Cluster 4: Digital, Industry and Space

March 27, 2025

Time to read: 11 minutes

The overarching vision behind the proposed investments under Cluster 4 is for Europe to shape competitive and trusted technologies, fostering a European industry with global leadership in key areas. It aims to enable production and consumption that respect the boundaries of our planet while maximizing the benefits for all sectors of society across Europe’s social, economic and territorial contexts.

This will build a competitive, digital, low-carbon and circular industry, ensure a sustainable supply of raw materials, develop advanced materials and lay the foundation for innovation in addressing global challenges.

Visit the Cluster 4 webpage for more information, or use the EU Funding & Tenders Portal to search for funding opportunities from all clusters.

Calls for Proposals

Submission deadline: 17:00 Brussels Time

Article 22.5 of Horizon Europe regulation allows the European Union to restrict access to specific calls to protect its own strategic assets, interests and autonomy. This regulation may limit participation in specific calls to only EU member states or select associated countries. These calls are typically referred to as restricted or sensitive calls.

The Canadian Horizon Europe Secretariat at ISED has worked diligently with the European Commission to ensure that Canadians can participate and receive funding for sensitive calls under the 2025 Work Programme. Calls that are deemed sensitive are labeled as such in the drop-boxes below.
