Overview

Data Transformation Grants are awarded to projects that employ novel approaches to enhance the collection, integration and use of cancer data in Canada. Funded projects should demonstrate specific actions that can be scaled and sustained to improve the cancer data ecosystem. These may be pilot or proof-of-concept projects that show incremental progress towards one of the three priorities, or full-scale implementation studies that have completed a successful pilot and align with the priorities identified in the cancer data strategy.

Projects focusing on solutions to other issues related to cancer data are eligible, as long as the issue is justified in the application and addresses concerns related to accessibility, completeness, quality and/or timeliness of cancer data in Canada.
