Overview
These grants will fund research that uses AI to enhance statistical methodology or theory. The goal of the program is to support a nascent research program or proof of concept that could go on to more substantive grants.
Value and Duration
Up to $12,500 each for one year.
Eligibility
Faculty members at CANSSI Ontario partner universities are eligible to apply if they hold a faculty appointment in a statistics or biostatistics unit (department, division or school), or if they are a statistician or biostatistician appointed to a different unit with a PhD in statistics or biostatistics.
