Description
The 2026 Call for Proposals invites projects on typically developing children aged 3 to 12, using longitudinal and dense measurement approaches to capture dynamic learning processes over time. Projects will contribute to a global research network and a shared, cross cultural open dataset on learning and development.
Priority is given to studies that support causal inference, examine environmental and contextual influences, and advance understanding of variability within children and across contexts. Projects in underrepresented regions are strongly encouraged.
Proposed projects should align with LEVANTE’s core objectives by:
- Capturing environmental, institutional, or societal factors that may shape learning trajectories
- Examining variability in learning and development at individual, group, and contextual levels
- Using longitudinal study designs and rich, repeated measurement strategies
- Incorporating LEVANTE core measures, with appropriate linguistic or cultural adaptations
- Contributing harmonized data to a shared international dataset
