Intellectual Property Disclosure Form

At Carleton University, we have a creator-owned intellectual property (IP) policy. This means that the university does not take automatic ownership of IP developed at Carleton.

As a Carleton researcher, you can request support for the protection and commercialization of the IP you develop. Filing a confidential IP Disclosure Form with the Carleton Innovation Transfer Office (CITO) is the first step towards obtaining formal support.
