Mike Brklacich is a Professor in the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies. His teaching and research adopt an interdisciplinary approach for assessing human–environment relationships, with specific interests in human dimensions of environmental change (including global environmental change and human security, agricultural adaptation to environmental change), well-being of rural communities in Canada and internationally, food security, and environmental policy.
