When: Monday, Sept. 23 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Where: Alumni Room, Robertson Hall, Carleton University, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa

Panelists include:

  • Andrea Chandler: Political Science professor Dr. Chandler specializes in social welfare in Russia, as well as gender and politics in post-communist societies.
  • Jennifer Evans: Dr. Evans’ main research interests involve the history of sexuality in visual culture and the impact of social media and photography as agents of social meaning.
  • Erica Fraser: Dr. Fraser is a historian specializing in gender and culture in the Soviet Union. She is currently working on a book manuscript on gender and Cold War culture entitled Armed Fantasy: Reinventing Soviet Masculinity after World War II.
