Carleton University’s Tim Pychyl will discuss these notions and other common beliefs about procrastination and summarize findings that help us understand why we become our own worst enemy with needless delay. This event is sold out, but media are invited to attend and to speak with Pychyl prior to the presentation, on the afternoon of May 6.

A leading expert in the study and understanding of procrastination, Pychyl will be delivering a presentation entitled Seven Common Myths about Procrastinationon May 7, 2014.
